We are a NDIS provider based in Joondanna, offering various NDIS services to participants across Western Australia with over 15 years of nursing and disability support experience.We aim to carry forward the goals of the NDIS by offering a range of services to NDIS participants. Our team of support staff will always put the needs and requirements of the participants first by creating equal opportunities and independence in the environment.
Our support staff assists participants in your daily living by assisting or supervising personal tasks. Regarding personal hygiene, our team can help you with showering and bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
Our trained support staff will assist you with household chores whenever required. You will receive tailored home-based assistance to help you maintain your independence.
Community Nursing Care is provided to participants who have complex individual support needs. Our trained medical nurses will walk you through the fundamentals of personal care, allowing you to live more independently.
Assistance in daily personal activities aims to make your life easier and more comfortable. Our trained staff are caring individuals who can assist you with daily High-Intensity Daily Personal Activities to live life freely.
